The Month That Feels Like a Year: How is Your Mental Health?

The Month That Feels Like a Year: How is Your Mental Health? With Michele Grignon

Over the past few months our lives have been turned upside-down. For licensed therapist Michele Grignon, that is especially true. Before the shut-down she had purchased a home. Moving was a challenge, switching her daughter to online schooling was a challenge, and managing her mental health as well as her families has been a challenge. Can you relate?
This month has seemed to go on forever, with the closures and the fear! When will it end? In this episode, Michele tells us her trials during COVID-19, how she is coping, and explains different coping mechanisms to help all of us from going completely stir crazy!
I have listed a few resources that we discuss in this episode as well as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, 1-800-273-TALK. If you are feeling like you need to talk with someone or having thoughts of suicide, please reach out to the hotline or reach out to Michele through private message at
