Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training is an ideal way to increase your strength, speed, endurance and overall fitness in just 30 minutes. Working out with one to three individuals is not only motivating, but allows you the individual attention you need! Semi-private sessions are designed to provide you with a safe, effective and fun workout!  All fitness levels are welcome and modifications and substitutions are provided for those with injuries or special needs.

  • Wed- 8:00am and 4:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Thu- 4:30 – 6:00pm
