Former Fox 10 AZ Morning show host Andrea Robinson has always been a huge inspiration to me. Our story began years ago, before I was a trainer and when she was new to the morning show. Our lives have definitely changed since then.

Now retired from Fox 10, Andrea has begun a new chapter in her life. She’s become the mom she has always wanted to be, waking up with her kids every morning and taking them to school instead of waking up at 2:30am to wake up Arizona and she has started a new venture with her “You Do You” Journal.

We talk all about food and diet culture and how it has affected her, fitness and how it has evolved for her over the years, life then and now and what the future holds.
